Straight answers.
The questions we get asked most, including the ones that are awkward for us. If yours isn't here, ask it directly — one of us reads every enquiry.
Fair question, and we won't pretend otherwise: Daena is new and we don't have client results to show you yet. What we do have is a free audit that costs you nothing and gives you a written teardown of your funnel whether or not you hire us. Judge us on that. If the analysis isn't sharp, don't take it any further.
Most agencies stop where the code starts. When your conversion tracking is double-counting, your CRM won’t talk to your ad platform, or your landing page takes four seconds to load on 4G, they file a ticket and wait. We just fix it. A meaningful share of wasted ad spend is an engineering problem wearing a marketing costume.
We work with growing brands that need marketing and technology to move together. That can mean a launch, a rebrand, a new stage of growth, or a marketing system that has outgrown the tools underneath it. We care more about the problem and the fit than the industry label.
The two of us. There are no account managers, no juniors, and nobody you meet in a pitch who then disappears. That caps how many clients we can take at once, which is why we’re explicit about having limited capacity rather than pretending to be bigger.
Every price is published — a $1,800 diagnostic and builds from $4,500 on our services page, and the ongoing plans from $1,250 a month on our pricing page, all in CAD. Plans start with a 30-day trial, then run on a minimum term of three months, because month one is front-loaded with setup and a single month buys the setup and none of the compounding. After that it is month to month, with no notice-period games. Media spend is billed at cost with the accounts in your name — we make money on the fee, so we’ve no reason to talk your budget up.
Every rate is published — see what it costs— and we'll quote your own brief against it on a short enquiry.
Still have a question?
Ask it directly. Your name, your website and what you need — we'll come back with what we'd do, roughly what it costs, and whether we're the right studio for it.
