What it covers
- Presale and waitlist capture funnels that convert cold traffic
- Segmentation by lifetime spend, city, genre affinity and recency
- Lifecycle flows: welcome, pre-show, post-show, win-back, merch
- SMS for on-sale minutes where email is too slow
- Paid membership and superfan tiers with real perks, priced properly
Built around the on-sale, not the newsletter
Most lifecycle programmes are designed for a business that sells the same thing every day. Yours does not — it has an announce, a presale window, a night, and a long quiet stretch afterwards where the relationship either survives or does not.
So the flows are keyed to those moments: capture before the announce, urgency in the presale window, a post-show sequence while the memory is fresh, and a win-back timed to the next date in the city rather than to a fixed number of days.
The unglamorous part
Deliverability decides whether any of this matters, and it is mostly a technical problem: authentication records, a warmed sending domain, list hygiene, and not sending to people who stopped opening two years ago. We do that work rather than leaving it as a note in a strategy deck.
SMS is a different bargain from email — it is expensive per message, permission is stricter, and the rules differ by country. We will tell you when a list is not worth texting yet.
