CRM & Marketing Platforms
Set up and optimize the systems that keep your customer data and marketing organized.

Marketing technology is the layer underneath the marketing: the CRM, the automation, the integrations between your tools, and the analytics and conversion tracking that make any of it measurable. We work on it for growing businesses running several platforms that do not quite talk to each other.

A good marketing tech stack isn’t about having more software. It’s about connecting the right tools around your customer journey, business processes, and goals.
Understand your current platforms, data, workflows, and pain points.
Identify what’s useful, what’s missing, and what’s creating unnecessary work.
Implement platforms, integrations, tracking, and automated workflows.
Make sure data, forms, integrations, events, and customer journeys work as expected.
Keep improving your setup as your marketing and business evolve.
From CRM and content management to analytics and automation, we work with the platforms that help your marketing stay connected and measurable.
Every tool your marketing runs on and the connections between them: the CRM holding customer records, the email or SMS platform, the forms on the website, the analytics and tag management reading what visitors do, and the integrations moving data between them. The stack is the connections as much as the tools — six good platforms that do not talk to each other is not a stack, it is six subscriptions.
GA4 is the analytics product: it stores what happened and reports on it. Google Tag Manager is a container that decides which scripts run on your pages and what events they send — to GA4 and to everything else. GTM is the plumbing, GA4 is one of the places the water goes. Most broken conversion tracking is a GTM problem being diagnosed as a GA4 one.
Yes, and it is the most common thing we are asked for first. A tracking or integration fix is $1,500–3,500 depending on what is broken and how much of it. If nobody is sure what is wrong yet, the Diagnostic is the better starting point, because it measures the whole setup rather than the symptom you happened to notice.
Usually not. The first phase is an audit of what you already run, and the second is working out what is useful, what is missing and what is quietly creating work. Replacing a CRM is expensive and disruptive, so it has to be the answer rather than the reflex.
That is exactly what the Diagnostic is: a fixed-scope review of the funnel and the technology under it, ending in a written, ordered plan you can act on with us or without us. It is priced as a one-time piece of work for that reason.
Yes — APIs, form handlers, data sync between platforms, and the lead routing that decides where a submission actually ends up. Where an off-the-shelf connector exists and does the job, we use it; we write code when the connector does not exist or lies about what it does.
It depends which of three shapes the work takes. A Diagnostic is $1,800 one-time — a fixed-scope audit ending in a written, ordered plan. A Build is $4,500–22,000, one fixed price quoted from a written scope. Ongoing work runs as a monthly plan from $1,250 a month, minimum term three months.
See the three plans in full →It stays yours. The platforms are in your accounts, the tracking is on your site and the documentation goes with it. Nothing we build depends on us continuing to be there to run it.
Stop jumping between disconnected tools, spreadsheets, and manual processes. Let’s build a marketing technology setup that works around your business instead of making your business work around it.
